I am working in IT company and i will not be able to provide the NOC until
i leave the job. Leaving the present job without cracking this interview is not
beneficial at all.

even for private job, u need NOC for interview. if cant get it, request the people at interview panel. they may or may not allow. it depends on their mentality.
