No idea abt interview marks. Ratio will be 60:40 or 80:20. No official data is available regarding these things. so i cant confirm anything. 156 will have chance if u can do well in interview.

wish u happy new yr. as u said in 162 there is around 700 students . if two candidates having 162 marks and same obc catagory and also same interview mark then their total mark will be same . then in which basis they will be differentiate from each other in time of bank allotment .

sir i have work experience but does not have any experience cerificate . can i mention this in biodata . i just worked fr 6 months . what i will do .. i have a gap of from 2008 to 2009(6 months for job and 6 month for MBA preparetion) and then i did mba from 2009 to 2011 . after MBA i did job for 9 months but does not have any work experience certificate . after that i am preapring for bank . how i will manage this gap .. plz awaiting ur reply
if u dont have wrk experinece certificate..dont mention it. no need to bother about gap.. u can say that 2008 to 2009, u have prepared for entrance test and after 2011, preparing for bank exams. 1 2 yrs gap is not a pb
