IBPS PO 2012 Revised list of expected cutoff marks for allotment. I was miscalculated the number of reserved candidates suitable for UR vacancies. There are 3400 reserved candidates in top 11000 ranks. I thought that 2500 candidates will be suitable for UR vacancies(It was my pure guess). After reading the comments posted on our blog, i went through real figures and found that many reserve category candidates don’t have 24 marks in 1 or more sections, which was the minimum pass mark for General category candidates & also the age. I have prepared the list of candidates who are not eligible for UR vacancies even though they are on top. Then prepared the fresh list of cutoff marks. I cant give any guaranty even for this list. I assumed that all the top 22k candidates are going to give preferences.

Isn’t it specifically written “UR- Un Reserved” then how come the question of becoming eligible in category of General arise. your merit is that you came 1st 2nd 3rd or what ever rank you recevied as per yor list then UR category should be filled from those merit list only. and after that categorywise place should be filled.

Is their individual bank criteria is required in ibps po 2. or not ibps po 2 criteria is requried for all bank in requiremen process. Becasue as per ibps notifiction To view notification regarding obtaining Preferences for Participating Organisations in connection with the Common Recruitment Process for Recruitment of Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees in PSBs (CWE-PO/MT-II). here ibps mention common recruitment process so here individual bank criteria this time is necessary like % in graduation.

and what does your line “i went through real figures” mean?
I don’t think that your so called “analysis” is based on any authentic data, it’s mere a “assumption”. for your kind information I would like to tell you that any naive aspirant is well versed with the fact that govt. makes a list on 1:3 basis, second thing those who passed with first class (60% and above) may have a fair chance of selection but nothing is sure because process is “merit and preference”.
so instead creating havoc to drive people on your website, either help them with “only authentic information” or don’t misguide them.
N.B. If you got any so called “data”, I assure you, you are in trouble.

The thing that has interested me is that if the first ranker gets ecgc and he decides not to join it than this position will be made available to the person having rank of 12000+ in waiting list. Holy Shit man would this be luck or wrong policy on part of IBPS?

I went through the merit list and fond out that many candidates have the same overall score.In that case how does their rank differ.As total score is the final score for allotment.Does the graduation marks matter.In that case can u specify the graduation marks criteria of diff banks if u have the stats..

at the time of interview i could not produce my 12th certificate as i didnot take from school. rest of documents were complete. then they have asked me to give an undertaking that i will submit the due document till 28th feb. but IBPS has not released any notification regarding this. Will this make a difference. I am worried about it. I wrote to IBPS twice regarding this but there is no reply and the phone number provided on website is also always engaged.

my expected cutoff was 55.50 by considering that all the toppers are going to give the preferences. but this is not practically possible. many candidates got jobs in ssc cgl 2012. and some other upsc exams. so they might apply now. u have a chance to become PO. i have mentioned http://bankclerkpo.com/ibps-po-2012-expected-final-cutoff-marks-revised-ibps-po-2012-allotment-cutoff-marks/ in this post that there is chance of 1 or 2 marks less than this expected cutoff will have chance atleast in waiting list. so, dont upset now. be patient and wait for the result and the upcoming waiting lists.

Finally IBPS chief head Dr. A K Konar says, “There has no final rank no graduation %age criteria. All these ranks are fake! IBPS is taking strict note of the happening. Webmaster should be careful of what they host on sites! if not, they will have to face situations as per law. Disclosing few site names, we were told that complaint have been filled with the police (Cyber Crime Law).
What will be next? Some websites has already closed after this declaration

My Grad. % in Hons. is 63% but aggegate % is above 55% only i.e less than 60%.I had showed only Hons. % in Interview as that was only mentioned in final mark sheet, but i also produced mark sheet of all semester but dey did not question anything at dat time! If my score is 60 and my first preference is Allahabad Bank and there is another guy whose score is 61 but his preference for Allahabad is 3rd….in that case who would be allotted Allahabad Bank first, I or the other guy….both are general…..
if the other guy is not eligible for 1 and 2 preferences..then he will be selected but not u.. selection is based on merit only. when ur turn comes, if there is any vacancies in allahabad, u will get allahabad

good scorers are having less than 24 marks in one or more sections. so, they wont be eligible for UR vacancies because they failed to satisfy the UR vacancies minimum eligibility criteria. they are eligible for their respective category vacancies only. For ur statement “many low scorers who just qualified surpassed the guys with good score in final result”, i want to tell u one thing. there are many high scorers than u in written exam but u got qualified, why? because u have just qualified in all sections and high scorers failed to pass in any one of sections.

i asked my branch manager about reservation seats.
he told that reserved candidates are not allocated to general category, they will be allocated to their categories only.
for suppose 2 guys having ST reservation and they are having ranks 2000 and 12000.
both opted bob as their first preference.
According to you first guy will come under UR, then there is no chance of bob for him and second guy
will get in the reserved category.
what is this, this wont happen at all.
according to my view reserved categories are in UR category if they didn,t put the option for reservation during application time or they didn’t produced the valid caste certificates.

sir how can you find the list who have mark below 24 in each section??? and sir Top 11000 main to saare log 62% wale candidate hai to unke 24 se kam kese ho sakte hai sir??? honge bhi to 500 se jyada nai honge…
for reserve category candidates, sectional cutoff was 21 only. out 3400, 50% of the candidates dont have 21 in one or more sections.
